Robios Llc is russian biomanufacturing company. It has been created in 2014 specifically for production of modern and highly efficient natural products – antioxidant Dihydroquecetin (also known as Taxifolin or DHQ) and Arabinogalactan (AG) and some others.
Robios Llc owns modern production complex in near Moscow area (based in Serpuxov, 80km from Moscow), purposely designed and built specifically for bio-manufacturing needs. The site has all necessary permissions and documents from local authorities for running the production process. The production facility building is designed according to GMP standards. The production site have all necessary infrastructure – access to railroad system, access to natural gas, access to sufficient power resources and even cogeneration equipment based on site.
Our production site initially have been designed and built with ability to rapidly increase its output by multiple times depending on demand. We specialize on production of natural bioflavonoid DHQ (also known as Taxifolin) and polysaccharide Arabinogalactan (AG) derived from Siberian or Dahurian larch by an innovative method.
DHQ is not derived from GMO products or produced using GMO or their derivatives and free from BSE (known as mad cow disease). Raw materials we use for production originate from Yakutia, Respublika Sakha. Remote from industrial centers, ecologically clean area of Russian Eastern Siberia.
Robios production process is based on ecologically clean method of ethanol extraction. We do not use any artificial solvents. This method allows us to produce DHQ with purity varies from 90% to 98% and high biological activity level according to ORAC (Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity).
Robios has well equipped science laboratory that allows us to control and maintain the quality of “ready” products and also control the raw materials we use. This gives us an opportunity to produce high quality products with consistent quality.
